Located in The Woodlands, Texas, Serenity Sips is proudly family owned, veteran owned, and woman led. Our mission is simple: make wellness feel approachable, comforting, and part of everyday life.
Ryan brings over 30 years of leadership and operations experience rooted in service, discipline, and people first values.
CJ combines her background in healthcare, wellness, business strategy, and service to help shape the vision behind Serenity Sips with both intention and heart. Learn more about CJ →

More than a café, Serenity Sips was created as a place to pause, recharge, connect, and feel cared for in the middle of busy lives.

Serenity Sips truly is built for our family, by our family.
CJ’s sister and co owner, Gracie Aguilar, leads Operations and Business Development, helping guide everything from long term vision to the daily rhythm of the café with equal parts precision and heart.
Behind the scenes, our parents help anchor the foundation, while our extended team steps in wherever needed to create the warm and welcoming experience our guests know and love. From hospitality and events to wellness rooms and product testing, every person plays a meaningful role in bringing the space to life.
And of course, no visit is complete without Gogo Gadget, our loyal service dog and official greeter.
It truly takes a village, and we are endlessly grateful for ours.

Dr. Mila McManus, Medical Director
Dr. Mila McManus brings decades of experience in functional and integrative wellness care to Serenity Sips as our Medical Director. Through her work at The Woodlands Institute for Health & Wellness, she has helped countless patients take a more root cause focused approach to health and healing.
Her guidance helps support the thoughtful and responsible integration of wellness technologies and recovery experiences offered at Serenity Sips.
