CJ Potter, Founder & Vision
CJ founded Serenity Sips with the belief that health and wellness should feel approachable, welcoming, and part of everyday life. Her journey through healthcare, military service, leadership, and personal healing shaped the vision behind Serenity Sips and continues to guide its mission today.

Ryan Potter, Operations Director
Ryan brings more than 30 years of leadership and operational experience rooted in service, discipline, and people-first values. He oversees daily operations, team development, and guest experience at the community café, helping ensure every visit reflects the culture and mission of Serenity Sips.
Miguel Lopez, General Manager
Miguel joined Serenity Sips because he wanted to help build something meaningful for the community. As General Manager, he leads the daily operations of the café and wellness lounge, mentors the team, and helps turn the vision of handcrafted drinks and exceptional guest experiences into reality every day.
Gracie Reyna, Kitchen & Accounting Manager
Gracie manages kitchen operations, purchasing, inventory coordination, and accounting functions that keep Serenity Sips running smoothly behind the scenes. Her dedication to consistency and organization helps support both the café experience and the overall health and wellness mission of the business.

Dr. Mila McManus brings decades of experience in functional and integrative wellness care to Serenity Sips, our community café, as the Medical Director.
