Serenity Sips offers flexible event spaces in the Spring and The Woodlands area, from a quiet private room for client sessions and small meetings to a full café buyout for celebrations and private events.
Every rental includes access to our handcrafted café offerings, with optional catering available, all within a calm, wellness-focused setting designed for real gatherings, meaningful connections, and memorable experiences.
Our smallest and most private space, ideal for one-on-one sessions and small-group gatherings. Use it for client meetings, coaching sessions, interviews, study groups, small business meetings, or a quiet place to work. Available during café business hours with WiFi and café access included.
A semi-private section of the café with adaptable seating, ideal for team meetings, workshops, presentations, networking groups, book clubs, and small gatherings. You'll have separation from the main café traffic while still enjoying the atmosphere and easy access to the café.
Our most configurable event space, designed for gatherings that need room to move, rearrange, or create their own setup. It's a great fit for workshops, pop-up markets, fitness and wellness classes, vendor events, presentations, community events, private celebrations, and more.
The space includes a large screen, projector, speaker system, and microphone setup, making it easy to host presentations, movie nights, performances, or events with music. Capacity is estimated for seated events with tables. Depending on your layout, the space can accommodate additional guests without tables.
Make Serenity Sips exclusively yours after the café closes. Our after-hours full café rental is ideal for birthday celebrations, showers, private parties, networking events, receptions, corporate gatherings, and other evening events where you want the entire café reserved for your guests.
Reserve the entire café during regular business hours for daytime corporate events, workshops, private celebrations, community gatherings, and other larger events. Because a business-hours buyout closes Serenity Sips to walk-in customers, pricing is customized based on your date, time, event needs, and guest count.

Serenity Sips Wellness Café is located at 26411 Interstate 45 North in Spring, Texas, convenient to The Woodlands and surrounding North Houston communities. Our event spaces are located within the café and are available for everything from small meetings and client sessions to private celebrations and full café buyouts.
Event space rental starts at $30 per hour for our private conference room. The Back Half of the Café is $65 per hour, and our Flex Event Space starts at $85 per hour. After-hours full café rentals are $200 per hour with a three-hour minimum. Full café buyouts during regular business hours have custom pricing starting at $300 per hour. Additional fees may apply depending on your event, setup, cleaning, catering, or other requested services.
We have event spaces for groups of different sizes. Our Private Conference Room accommodates up to 8 guests, the Back Half of the Café up to 24 guests, the Flex Event Space up to approximately 60 guests, and full café rentals up to approximately 75 guests. Capacity may vary depending on seating, tables, event setup, and the type of gathering.
Our spaces can accommodate a variety of private and community events, including business meetings, workshops, networking events, birthday celebrations, baby and bridal showers, book clubs, presentations, wellness events, fitness classes, pop-up markets, vendor events, receptions, and other private gatherings. Yes. Guests renting our spaces have access to Serenity Sips' handcrafted café offerings, and catering options are available for private events. Outside food or catering may be permitted depending on your event and rental arrangement. We also partner with local catering companies and can help connect you with options that fit your event, making it easier to coordinate food alongside Serenity Sips café offerings. Yes. Serenity Sips offers beer and wine for private events. We can also arrange a private wine tasting for an additional fee before your event to help select wines that fit your preferences and ensure your selections are available for your event.
If you would like to serve cocktails or other alcoholic beverages beyond our beer and wine offerings, you may hire an approved mobile bar service for your event. Mobile bar providers must meet Serenity Sips’ applicable licensing and insurance requirements.
What's included depends on the space you select. Café access and WiFi are available with applicable rentals. Our Flex Event Space also includes access to a large screen, projector, speaker system, and microphone setup. Yes. The full café can be reserved after regular business hours for up to approximately 75 guests. After-hours rentals are $200 per hour with a three-hour minimum. Business-hours café buyouts are also available, with custom pricing starting at $300 per hour because the café is closed to regular customers during your event.
Yes. You're welcome to visit Serenity Sips during regular café hours, Tuesday through Saturday from 8 AM to 4 PM, to see the spaces in person. For a more detailed walkthrough or to discuss a specific event setup, contacting us in advance is recommended.
Yes. A 50% deposit is required to reserve your date and space, of which 25% of the total event cost is non-refundable. Your reservation is confirmed once the required deposit and signed rental agreement are received. Remaining charges and applicable event add-ons are settled according to your rental agreement.
We understand that plans sometimes change. Serenity Sips offers one complimentary reschedule when requested at least 3 days before your event, subject to space and date availability. Additional changes or cancellations are subject to the terms of your Event Space Rental Agreement.
Yes. A standard cleaning fee applies to event rentals. The fee is $150 for events with up to 30 guests and $200 for events with 31 or more guests. This covers standard post-event reset, trash removal, and cleaning of floors and surfaces. Excessive cleaning or damage may result in additional charges.
Your rental includes access to the space 30 minutes before your scheduled event for setup and 30 minutes afterward for simple breakdown. If additional event time is needed, overtime may be available depending on the schedule and is billed at the applicable rental rate in 15-minute increments.
