Nestled in Spring/The Woodlands, TX, Serenity Sips is proudly veteran- and woman-owned, and the mission is simple—wellness that feels welcoming, accessible, and rooted in real life.
Ryan Potter brings over 31 years of leadership and operations experience and a people-first approach forged in family tradition and military values.
CJ Potter, a trained medic in the Army National Guard with an MBA and naturopathy and holistic nutrition certification, serves as Practice Manager at The Woodlands Institute for Health & Wellness. Our Team
Gracie Aguilar (CJ’s sister and co-owner) leads Operations & Business Development with a rare mix of strategy and heart, shaping everything from design to daily rhythm with compassion and vision.
Gracie Reyna (CJ’s mom) anchors the backend—balancing finances and grounding us with her incredible chicken salad. Richard Reyna (CJ’s dad) is our go-to for any event or task—he’s always there.
Serenity Sips was truly built for our family, by our family. Our team—Christian Valle, Preston Sample, Hailey Aguilar, Jade Valle, Gavin Aguilar (when home from college), Vickie Potter, and Cyrus Valle— bringing creativity, energy, and a readiness to step in wherever needed. From hospitality and product testing to keeping our wellness rooms pristine, their dedication creates the welcoming atmosphere our guests love. No family is complete without Gogo Gadget, our loyal service dog whose wag adds a little extra comfort and connection.

Dr. Mila McManus, Medical Director
Dr. Mila McManus, Medical Director at Serenity Sips, is a pioneer in functional medicine. She founded The Woodlands Institute for Health and Wellness in 2004, after becoming certified by the American Academy of Biologically Identical Hormone Therapy. Dr. McManus specializes in uncovering and addressing the root causes of various health issues.
As a board-certified anti-aging specialist, Dr. McManus actively participates in several prestigious medical organizations. She is dedicated to educating the public about alternative and complementary medicine through community outreach projects and distributing a weekly eNewsletter.
Dr. McManus is renowned for her expertise in treating chronic infections, such as Lyme disease, and providing complementary therapies to cancer patients. She is currently expanding her practice to include Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT), further enhancing her comprehensive care offerings.
